     This photograph was taken on  May 26, 1914, following the  funeral of Melina's husband Charles.      They are seated in front of Greatgrandma's home in  Laconia, New Hampshire.
Our father, Aime Henri, would have been fourteen years old.

 This is a photograph of Eleanore Blais Doucet, wife of GuilaumeDoucet, mother of Edouard Doucet, and grand-mother of Aime Henri Doucette. It was taken on May 26, 1914, the day of the funeral of Charles Cadieux, husband of Marie Melina Doucet, Edouard's sister. Eleanore Doucet was 76years old. The picture was taken in Laconia New Hampshire. This photograph, still in it's original silver oval frame, was given to Eleonora DoucetteTurnage by Edna Clement, grand-daughter of Eleonore Doucet and cousin of Aime Henri Doucette.

Great grandmother's home in Laconia, NH as it appears today. It is now a two family dwelling. The porch is an addition. Originally, there was an el in the rear where Grampa's sister Melina and her family lived.
